Promed is recruiting an IT Support – Development specialist. The successful candidate will support both internal and external customers with IT and software issues and also be part of ongoing IT systems and applications development. Promed is two time winner of Great Place to Work Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
• First point of contact for all IT related enquiries
• Provide remote support to internal and external customers
• Provide onsite assistance when necessary
• Support with the development of internal and external software and applications
• Liaise with suppliers in relation to additional support
• Documentation and update knowledge base as required
• Drive continuous improvement

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Familiar with Windows 10 and Windows 7 Operating Systems Support
• Experience with O365

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (ideally MS SQL Server) required
• Experience in SAP B1 and Crystal reports an advantage
• Strong customer focus
• You have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst being part of a team, self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to solve problems
• Flexibility and adaptability is essential
