For Promed Advance customers, we can offer Promed Assist, a no-obligation, on-site visit by a Promed Service Engineer, who can assess the medical equipment in your practice, recording the following for you:
- Location of device (which room in the surgery it’s stored in)
- Serial Number
- Service and Calibration requirements, if any.
Each electrical item will be safety tested in accordance with the Health and Safety Authority Guide to Safety health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007. All other items will be tagged and recorded in your asset register.
Once you receive your asset register, in the Promed Assist folder, your report will detail the condition of your equipment, and we will be happy to discuss any recommended service requirements with you.
Promed Assist does not include equipment service.
