Supporting Cromane First Responders

Promed were delighted to support Cromane First Responders, with the installation of a brand‑new 24/7 publicly accessible AED at our front gate on the main Ring of Kerry road (V93 YD9D).

This device is a significant asset to the local community, further empowering neighbours helping neighbours in their most stressful and difficult moments. Every additional AED strengthens our emergency response network and increases the chances of positive outcomes when seconds truly matter.

Cromane Community First Responders play a very important role in the local community. They cover the Cromane and Killorglin community, and will be dispatched by the national ambulance service, when a call comes in, of chest pain, choking, cardiac arrest and stroke in the area.
